At Brandkeymedia, we are committed to delivering high-quality digital creative services and ensuring client satisfaction. This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be requested and processed, and the conditions governing cancellation of services.
Please read this policy carefully before making any payment. By engaging our services or making a payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this policy.

2. Nature of Our Services
Brandkeymedia provides digital services, including social media management, video editing, brand identity design, content marketing, and brand consulting. All services are delivered digitally and involve significant time, creative effort, and resources that begin upon payment confirmation.
Because of the custom and digital nature of our services, our refund policy reflects the work invested from the moment a project is initiated.
3. Refund Eligibility
3.1 Before Work Has Commenced
If you cancel your service engagement before any work has begun (i.e., before the project kick-off call or before any creative work, strategy, or research has been initiated), you are eligible for a full refund of any advance payment made.
To qualify, you must notify us in writing (via email to contact@digihike.in) before any work commences.
3.2 After Work Has Commenced — Partial Refund
If you cancel after work has commenced, the following applies:

The percentage of work completed will be assessed by Brandkeymedia in good faith based on documented project progress, communications, and work-in-progress files.
3.3 Completed and Delivered Services
No refund will be issued for services that have been fully delivered and approved by the client, or where the client has been unresponsive for more than 30 days following delivery of final work.
3.4 Monthly Retainer Services
For clients on a monthly social media management or content retainer:
- Cancellation must be communicated at least 15 days before the next billing date to avoid being charged for the upcoming month.
- If cancellation is notified less than 15 days before the billing date, the next month’s fee will be charged and services will be delivered for that month.
- No refunds are issued for partially utilised monthly retainer periods.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:
- You have approved and received the final deliverable(s).
- You change your mind about the direction of the project after work has commenced.
- Delays or dissatisfaction caused by your own failure to provide timely briefs, feedback, brand assets, or approvals.
- You have violated our Terms and Conditions.
- The service was provided as described in the agreed proposal.
- Dissatisfaction with results arising from factors beyond Brandkeymedia’s control (e.g., social media algorithm changes, market conditions).
- Payment disputes raised after 30 days from the date of delivery.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Email us at contact@digihike.in with the subject line: “Refund Request – [Your Name/Business Name]”
- Include your full name, phone number, payment reference number or transaction ID, and a brief explanation of your refund request.
- Our team will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and assess your eligibility based on the criteria in Section 3.
- We may request additional information or documentation to process your request.
- If your refund is approved, it will be processed within 5 to 7 business days from the date of approval.
6. Refund Processing Timeline
Once a refund is approved:
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
- Processing time is 5 to 7 business days from the date of approval by Brandkeymedia.
- Additional time may be taken by your bank or card network to reflect the refund in your account. Brandkeymedia is not responsible for delays caused by third-party financial institutions.
- For UPI and net banking payments, refunds typically reflect within 3 to 5 business days.
- For credit and debit card payments, refunds may take up to 7 to 10 business days depending on your bank.
7. Cancellation of Services
7.1 Cancellation by Client
You may cancel a service engagement at any time by providing written notice to us via email. Cancellations are subject to the refund eligibility criteria in Section 3.
Any outstanding invoices for work completed to date will remain payable regardless of cancellation.
7.2 Cancellation by Brandkeymedia
We reserve the right to cancel or terminate a service engagement in the following circumstances:
- Non-payment or repeated delayed payment by the client.
- Breach of our Terms and Conditions by the client.
- Client requests content or services that are unlawful, unethical, or in violation of applicable regulations.
- Circumstances beyond our control that prevent us from delivering the agreed services.
In the event we cancel the engagement due to a reason attributable to us (and not the client), we will refund a fair proportion of any advance payment for work not yet completed.
8. Disputes and Chargebacks
We strongly encourage you to contact us directly at contact@digihike.in to resolve any concerns before initiating a chargeback or dispute through your bank or payment provider.
Unauthorised chargebacks may result in suspension of your account and may incur additional administrative fees. We will cooperate fully with our payment gateway partners and banks in investigating any chargeback claims and will provide all relevant documentation.
9. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to update or modify this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued engagement with our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
